An OES is an indispensable tool of chemical analysis and it is used for analysis of solid sample. In OES, sparks excite the sample at surface. When the excited atoms in plasma relax (de-excited) to a lower energy state, it emits light of characteristics wavelengths which are detected , measured and compared intensities of known standard to provide quantitative results. Our OES is capable of routinely analyzing several elements in variety of Fe base, steels, Cu and Cu alloys, Al and Al alloys, Ni and Ni alloys, Ti and Ti alloys, Co and Co alloys.
Deep Metallurgical Services (DMS) is NABL accredited for chemical of ferrous alloys, plain carbon steel, low alloy steel, tool steel, high speed tool steel, ferritic stainless steel, martensitic stainless, austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, precipitation hardening stainless steel; aluminum alloys; copper alloys, brass, bronze, gun metal, nickel alloys, titanium alloys, cobalt alloys. ; Complete scope. |
